When you call B&B Brothers, you talk to the owners. Brothers Baha and Baur have worked in construction since 2017 and founded B&B Brothers in 2022. Our crew of four, including the two of us, does the roofing work.

How long does a roof replacement take?

What roofing materials do you install?
Asphalt shingles and metal roofs. For shingles we install Malarkey, and we hold a Pro contractor certification with Malarkey.
What warranty comes with Malarkey shingles?
When we install Malarkey shingles together with Malarkey underlayment and accessories, the shingles come with a 50-year non-prorated manufacturer warranty. On top of that you get our own 5-year written workmanship warranty.
Do you pull permits?
Yes. We pull permits on all our jobs.
Do you replace roofs in winter?
Yes, we roof year-round. The best seasons are spring, summer and fall.
How do you clean up after a roofing job?
We cover the area around the house with tarps, rake, go over the property with a magnetic nail sweeper, and haul away all debris from the work. We try our best to leave the jobsite clean at the end of every day.
Do you work with insurance claims?
No. We don’t work with insurance companies or adjusters. We work directly with homeowners and give you a written estimate for the job.
